102 The Pines Harlech

 We managed one weekend in June... Started with a treat... We had arrived late on the Friday evening. After a bit of sanding (we always seem to be sanding woodwork!) we popped to Borth-y-Gest had a bit of lunch and a little walk before going back to The Pines... And the next day a walk at Gwaith Powdwr Nature Reserve . Then it was back to the sanding, this time the spare bedroom. Before we left the next day we tackled the Worlds Steepest Road (apparently it has just lost this title) It was steep! Lunch at Y Plas A sad look at Coleg Harlech, hopefully one day someone will come to it's rescue.

  We popped down to The Pines on Bank Holiday Weekend. The bedroom is not 'done' but we couldn't sleep on a blow up bed any longer so a new bed was delivered and new bedding bought. When we arrived we treated ourselves to our lunch out at The Eating Gorilla in Penrhyndeudraeth. and a walk along the Afon Dwyryd Estuary We met up with friends and walk with them  Then we spent one morning in Harlech  and popped to Shell Island for the afternoon
