102 The Pines Harlech

 We popped down to The Pines on New Years Day. We called in at Harlech first. Then we couldn't wait any longer... Rob the Builder is doing a great job. The kitchen is almost done. Just a few things to finish off. It's looking yellow on the photos but the splash back is olive green. The flooring down stairs is down...love it! We talked about lights... Shower tiles... and carpets. And we had a New Years Day walk on the beach at Barmouth. After a chip butty.

 Here are the plans for the Kitchen and Bathroom... Not sure where Rob the Builder is up to with the Kitchen, I know he hasn't started on the bathroom yet.
